Drilling Results at Storm Copper Project Confirm Expansion Potential

Assays Confirm Thick High-Grade Copper Intervals

The recent drill results at the Storm Copper Project have confirmed the expansion potential of the Cyclone resource through the intersection of further thick high-grade copper intervals. Drill hole SR24-093, located 75m south of the current known area of mineralization, intercepted 53.3m @ 3.9% copper (Cu) and 12.6 grams per tonne (g/t) silver (Ag) from 86.9m downhole. This included a significant interval of 22.9m @ 8.5% Cu and 17.8g/t Ag, as well as 9.1m @ 14.4% Cu and 21.3g/t Ag.

Additionally, drill hole SR24-070 intersected 45.7m @ 1.9% Cu and 9.4g/t Ag, with a higher-grade section of 27.4m @ 3.1% Cu and 14.6g/t Ag, including 15.2m @ 4.2% Cu and 16.2g/t Ag. Drill hole SR24-045 also returned notable results, with 57.9m @ 1% Cu and 4.3g/t Ag, including 10.7m @ 3.2% Cu and 16.0g/t Ag.

Sealift and 2025 Program Preparation

The NEAS cargo ship MV Mitiq has successfully completed the 2024 sealift operation at Storm, delivering supplies directly on Somerset Island for the 2025 exploration, resource expansion, and development programs. This efficient logistics operation is expected to save an estimated $4 million on the 2025 budget. In addition, bulk samples containing copper were transported offsite via the cargo ship, highlighting the potential for a direct shipping product mining operation.
